Note: We'll need your $250.00 Security / Reservation Deposit ASAP in order to hold open the days you request. As soon as we receive the reservation/security deposit we will mark out calendar in blue to tentatively reserve your days. When we receive payment, we'll will then mark out your days on the calendar in red. Keys will then be Express Mailed to your address above in advance of you departure. There is no formal check-in with anyone. Upon departure, just leave keys on the kitchen table.

Rental is equipped with the following: Linen: includes sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths, & kitchen towels. Fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, food processor, coffee pot. Fireplace (wood is not provided. We highly recommend Pine Mountain logs for best fire and warmth). 4 TV's, 2-VCR's, 1 DVD, Surround stereo, and washer and dryer. Bed Sizes: 2 Queen; 1 Double, 2 Twins. Additional comments regarding the unit you have rented: Located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by forest. 5 minutes to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort and 6-8 minutes to lake and the casinos. NOTE: Property owners, agents, and private contractors are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen articles or items left behind in the rented unit. We cannot guarantee the working condition of electronic equipment, appliances, and phones, but we do assure that repairs will be made as soon as reasonably possible. No refunds will be made due to equipment failure. In the event of cancellation, pre-paid deposit and/or rent are subject to forfeiture. A fee of $25 will be applied against all confirmed reservations that are cancelled. Refund of the remainder of the advance will be made only if written notice is received 14 days prior to arrival or if accommodations are re-rented. Holiday cancellations may be subject to more severe cancellation terms. The vacation tenants staying in the above property have read and understand the following terms of this agreement. The rental will be left in a neat and clean condition upon departure. The tenants also agree to not make any toll calls or accept any collect calls on the provided telephone. Tenants are liable for any damage incurred during occupancy. The deposit will be returned approximately 3 weeks after check out, with any charges for telephone use, damages, or additional cleaning subtracted. Reservations are not predicated upon weather or snow conditions. SORRY, FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF OTHERS, PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR CABIN. PLEASE Sign and return this form with the Security deposit and the balance rent due 3 weeks prior to occupancy.
